Art clay class

This is the pendant I made yesterday in the art clay class. What I liked most about the art clay is it fires with a torch not a kiln, which makes it easier to work with at home. I will make something again since I already have a torch. I wrapped the clay around a straw to get the spiral effect.

Finally mixed up some resin

I found a cool sugar mold at Walmart and it worked great for the resin- see the flourish? And only $7 so not bad for a good quality silicone mold, meg and I also used clay in it yesterday, so we'll bake those and see how the turn out.

Omg look at all that glimmer mist!

My little helper is making circles to color the lid tops :)
